Couples, honeymooners and travelers who want Wailea's reliable South Shore sun without a more traditional, older-school resort feel. The adults-only pool area is a genuine draw for travelers specifically avoiding a heavily kid-focused resort environment.
Honest tradeoffs
Families with young kids have solid options here but may find some of Wailea's other resorts (with larger dedicated kids' clubs and family pool complexes) a better fit. Roughly 25–35 minutes from Kahului Airport.
